Kelly talked me through the recommended repairs, cost, best options and warrantied a battery from a different shop that he didn't need to do. Solid service and communication. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Richins for years and not once have we regretted it. They’ve always treated us fairly and tried to do the best they can to work with what’s available. Kent, Kelly, and Hunter are friendly, helpful and have a great sense of humor. Those guys have always given us a straight answer and never tried to scam us into anything like the dealership has. I think Richins prices are very fair for the amount of work they put in and they try to be as transparent as possible with what they’ve done to the vehicles.
